  In this area, the Firm provides legal services among others on legal/regulatory issues relating to diverse business fields in Indonesia (such as trading, procurement of goods/services, manufacturing), establishment of domestic and joint venture companies (including obtainment of relevant approvals and licenses), corporate legal structure, land acquisitions, agency, distributorship, license/franchise agreements, management agreements, consumer protection, product liability and tax issues.

• Merger/Acquisitions and Company Restructuring

  WNLP advises domestic and joint venture companies, among others on corporate restructuring scheme, legal documentations and compliance relevant to merger and acquisition, merger/acquisition of private and public companies, due diligence for merger/acquisition purposes, employment and tax consequences.

• Commercial Litigation and Disputes Resolution

  WNLP also advises and represents clients in various cases concerning civil/commercial litigation and bankruptcy applications and proceedings at the relevant courts, suspension of payment, and assist clients in alternative avenues for disputes resolutions among others through win-win negotiation, conciliation and arbitration.

• Mining and Energy

  WNLP also provides legal advice and assistance for domestic and foreign companies in legal matters in relation legal/regulatory issues and contracts in mining, oil and gas exploration, setting up companies and business presence in Indonesia in the fields of mining and energy

• Securities/Capital Market

  The Firm assists clients in initial public offering (IPO), rights issues, issuance of bonds (including convertible/exchangeable bonds), warrants, mutual fund, general legal corporate advice for public companies (including conformity with capital market regulations), underwriting transactions, tender offer, merger/ acquisition and restructuring of public companies.

• Land/Property/Real Estate
  
  The Firm provides legal advice and assistance for its clients in land, property, real estate transactions, including advice on legal structure for domestic/joint venture companies in establishing their property-related investment in Indonesia.
